With a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this country property has plenty of room for family and friends. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Relax in the living room from the warmth of the fire or cook a gourmet meal in a chef’s kitchen with casual dining at the 8-person kitchen farm table. Need more space? The 2-storey coach house can accommodate weekend guests or extended family. The loft has 2 bedrooms, a 4-piece bathroom, a kitchen, a wood-burning stove, and an open-concept living dining area. Need to work from home? We have you covered with a workspace and unlimited WIFI. Expansive countryside views. 2 indoor parking spots, an EV plug-in, and a well-equipped gym.

With over 100 acres of rolling fields, you simply walk out your front door to start your hike, snowshoe or cross-country ski. Complete loops around the upper fields or meander along the banks of the Mad River.

$9,500 per month includes WIFI, firewood and snow removal.

Tenants are to pay for heat & hydro.

Need less space? Just rent the 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom Coach House for $4000 per month + heat & hydro.
